As part of the Fair’s VIP and Public Programs, we invite you to submit events to coincide with the Fair. These could be on site in your booth or off-site at locations around Sydney. Events can be experiential, promotional, educational (or all three), including studio visits, artist talks or in conversation Q&As, book launches, gallery exhibition openings, invitation-only brunches, dinners and drinks.

These events will be published on the Sydney Contemporary website as part of either the VIP or Public Program or both. We recommend that you host a maximum of 1 event per day.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing infrastructure and any set-up required for the event.

If any changes are made to this event between submitting the form and September 2025, please notify India Ford, Fair Manager, [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

We look forward to receiving your submissions for dynamic and educational events to be included in the Photo Sydney program. Events can be scheduled from Thursday, 11 September to Sunday, 14 September.
