Terms and Conditions of Entry

• ‘Sydney Contemporary’ means Art Fairs Australia Pty Ltd.

• The ‘Promoter’ is Sydney Contemporary.

• ‘Disqualified Participants’ are:
  (a) all Art Fairs Australia Pty Ltd employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families;
  (b) all people under the age of 18 years where the prize incorporates alcohol or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years;

• ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

Entry

These Promotion or Competition Rules (“the Rules”) apply to all Sydney Contemporary Promotions or Competitions (“the Promotion”) conducted on or off air and by any medium—radio, television, print, telephone, online or in person. The Rules may change from time to time.

• The promotion closes on 15 Aug 2025. 

• Entry is limited to one per person.

• The Promotion is open to both Australian and non-Australian residents aged 18 years and older.

• Sydney Contemporary reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promotion on reasonable grounds and to refuse to award any prize to an entrant deemed to have violated the Rules or gained unfair advantage.

Winning the Prize

• Only the person who originally entered the Promotion will be eligible to claim the prize (“the Winner”).

• The Winner will be notified by email using the contact provided in the entry form. If attempts to contact the Winner fail within 3 days, another winner will be selected.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

• If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with one of equal or greater value.

• The Winner takes the prize at their own risk and indemnifies Sydney Contemporary and sponsors against any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss of life.

• The Winner is responsible for any associated taxes, insurance, or additional costs.

• By entering, entrants confirm they are eligible to receive any prizes awarded.

The Prize

The prize includes:

• 2 x Premium+ Passes to Sydney Contemporary, taking place 10–14 September 2025.

• $250 voucher to Kiln, Ace Hotel Sydney (47–53 Wentworth Ave, Sydney NSW 2000). 

• One-night stay in a Medium Plus room at Ace Hotel Sydney. Valid until 31 January 2026. Blackout dates apply, including New Year’s Eve, long weekends, and other peak periods. The winner must contact Ace Hotel Sydney directly to check availability.

Sydney Contemporary Responsibility

• Sydney Contemporary reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Sydney Contemporary is not liable for any technical issues or failures that prevent entry into the Promotion.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sydney Contemporary and its partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or disappointment experienced by entrants.

• If the prize supplier fails to deliver any part of the prize, Sydney Contemporary bears no responsibility and is not obligated to replace the prize.
