By participating in the competition, you agree to the T&Cs. The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Sydney Contemporary employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. There is a limit of one entry per ticket purchase.  The winning prize will be one night at ACE Hotel Sydney. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so. Sydney Contemporary’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The prize winner’s contact details will remain private. Sydney Contemporary accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. Sydney Contemporary reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.

Terms and condition of entry

 Definitions

• ‘Sydney Contemporary’ means Art Fairs Australia Pty Ptd.
• The ‘Promoter’ is Sydney Contemporary.
• ‘Disqualified Participants’ are:

(a) all Art Fairs Australia Pty Ltd employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families;

(b) all people under the age of 18 years where the prize incorporates, alcohol or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years;

• ‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

Entry

1. These Promotion or Competition Rules (‘the Rules’) apply to all Sydney Contemporary Promotions or Competitions (collectively ‘the Promotion’) conducted on or off air and by means of any medium – radio, television, print, telephone or computer. The Rules may change from time to time.
2. The promotion closes on 22 June 2024. The prize will be drawn no later than 26 June 2024.
3. Unless otherwise stated in the above mentioned specific rules or terms, registration, entry or vote is limited to 1 per person. Where multiple registrations, entries or votes are acceptable, each must be made separately.
4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents and non-Australian residents.
5. Sydney Contemporary reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds.
6. Sydney Contemporary reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Sydney Contemporary decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
7. By participating, entrants grant 
8. All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by Sydney Contemporary.

Winning the Prize

1. Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize (‘the Winner’).
2. The Winner will be determined in the manner set out in the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
3. The Winner will be notified by email (the one they provided in the entry form). Where attempts to contact the Winner fail (within 3 days) Sydney Contemporary will select another winner.
4. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion becomes unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
5. The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Sydney Contemporary and participating sponsors and promoters of the Prize in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.

6. Feed Me’ set menu valid until 31 December 2024. Exclusionary dates apply, not valid during events or special menus.

    

The Prize will consist of:

1. 2 x Premium+ Pass to Sydney Contemporary taking place from 4-8 September 2024. 
2. ‘Feed Me’ Set Menu and a bottle of wine at Kiln, Ace Hotel Sydney, located at 47-53 Wentworth Ave, Sydney NSW 2000. Timing subject to availability. 

Sydney Contemporary Responsibility

1. Sydney Contemporary reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a Promotion at any stage, for any reason.
2. Sydney Contemporary takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, texts with a misspelt keyword.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sydney Contemporary nor any participating sponsors, promoters or advertising agencies, will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.
4. Where the prize is to be supplied by an entity outside Sydney Contemporary’s control and that entity fails, for whatever reason, to supply the prize, Sydney Contemporary has no responsibility for the provision of the prize and is not obliged to provide an alternative prize or to take legal action to require the prize supplier to provide the prize.

Acceptance

1. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
