Food, Drinks and Atmosphere

Take your time exploring the Fair with bars, hospitality spaces and places to gather throughout the evening. Whether you’re stopping for a quick drink or settling in for the night, Friday Night is designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.

Wine by Yalumba

As the official wine partner of Sydney Contemporary, Yalumba invites visitors to discover a selection of wines from one of Australia’s most celebrated family-owned wineries. For more than 175 years, Yalumba has been part of the Barossa’s winemaking story, and its wines can be enjoyed throughout the Fair’s dining and hospitality spaces, providing the perfect accompaniment to long lunches, engaging conversations and moments of discovery

Saison Aperitifs

Seasonality sits at the heart of Saison Aperitifs. Made from peak-season Australian ingredients, Saison obsessively crafts non-traditional vermouth and amaro. Each aperitif begins with a single core ingredient harvested at its peak, which is then layered with hand-picked wild herbs, fruit, and flowers from local growers. At Sydney Contemporary, visitors can discover Saison’s distinctive take on vermouth and amaro through a selection of cocktails. A thoughtful, contemporary expression of Australia, made for that first or last pour, whether it’s a great dinner party, a long lunch, or a slow afternoon.

Champagne Pommery

Few champagne houses are as intrinsically linked to the world of contemporary art as Champagne Pommery. At Sydney Contemporary, guests can enjoy a curated selection of Pommery’s celebrated cuvées, while exploring the Fair or unwinding in one of the hospitality spaces. Synonymous with elegance, innovation and cultural patronage, Pommery has long championed artistic expression. At Carriageworks, each glass offers an invitation to pause, reflect and celebrate the art of living as much as the art on display.
