WHEN IS SYDNEY CONTEMPORARY 2019 OPEN?
The Fair will be open to visitors from 12-15 September 2019 with the Opening Night taking place on Thursday 12 September. An invitation-only VIP Preview will be held on Wednesday 11 September for VIP Pass holders.

WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY A TICKET TO THE OPENING NIGHT?

HOW DO I GET TO THE FAIR?
Sydney Contemporary takes place at Carriageworks, 245 Wilson St which is an 8 minute walk from Redfern Station, a 5 minute walk from Sydney University and a 7 minute walk from the Seymour Centre carpark. For more information about getting to the Fair click here.
CAN I BUY ART AT SYDNEY CONTEMPORARY?
Yes! All of the work on display at Sydney Contemporary is for sale. Prices range from works for the new buyer and interested visitor, to the seasoned art collector building a significant and diverse collection.
WHAT TYPE OF ART IS SHOWN AT SYDNEY CONTEMPORARY?
Visual art of the 20th and 21st century, including paintings, drawings, sculpture, installations, videos, multiples, prints and performances.
IS THERE AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM?
Yes, Sydney Contemporary hosts a talks program which explores topical and controversial themes in contemporary art by industry professionals across the creative industries.
