Every year at Sydney Contemporary we bring you a Fair Restaurant, as well as pop-up cafes from leading Sydney restaurateurs. In 2015 Longrain and Subcontinental came to the Fair, in 2017 Billy Kwong, by Kylie Kwong and Kitchen by Mike, by Mike McEnearney delighted everybody's taste buds. 2018 was no exception with made by Merivale's sum pop up. The 2019 restaurant will be announced in the coming months.
